John Buckner, John W. Brown-
ing, Albert Browning, Lou V.

rith, and wife Gladys Hildrith,

dence are unknown to plaintiffs,
and if dead, the legal represen-
tatives of each of said named de-
fendants, and the unknown heirs

dants, the legal representatives of

named defendants, if the un-
known heirs of said named de-
fendants are dead, and the un-
known heirs of the unknown heirs
of said named defendants; DE-
FENDANTS, GREETING:
YOU ARE HEREBY COM-
MANDED to appear before the
Honorable District Court of Arm-
strong County, Texas, for the
47th Judicial District of Arm-
strong County, Texas, at the
Court House thereof in Claude,
Texas, by filing a written answer
at or before 10 o'clock A. M. on
the first Monday next after the
expiration of forty-two days from
the date of the issuance of this
citation, same being the 10th day
of April, 1963, to Plaintiff's peti-
tion filed in said court on the
10th day of April, A. D. 1963, in
this cause, numbered 1064 on the
docket of said court and styled
G. E. WILKERSON et ux, plain-
tiffs, vs R. E. MONTGOMERY, et
al, defendants.
A brief statement of the nature
of this suit is as follows, to-wit:
Plaintiffs sue the Defendants in
trespass-to-try title to recover the
title to and possession of the fol-
lowing described land under the
three, five, ter^ and twenty-five
year Statute of Limitations, and
being Lots Numbers 1 through 28
inclusive in Block D-17 to the
Town of Washburn, Armstrong
County, Texas; and for general
relief all as is more fully shown
by Plaintiffs' Petition on file in
this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the date
of its issuance, it shall be return-
ed unserved.
The officer executing this writ
shall promptly serve the same ac-
cording to requirements of law,
and the mandates hereof, and
make due return as the law
directs.
Issued and given under my hand
and seal of said court at Claude^
Texas on this the 10th day of
April, A. D„ 1963.
