the arms of the Lord on
Sunday, June 10, 2007,
from complications of a stroke.

Wednesday at Grace Presbyterian
Church, 5500 Mansfield Road, Arling-
ton. Entombment at a later date in
Dallas-Fort Worth National Ceme-
tery, Dallas.
MEMORIALS: In lieu of flowers,

charities.
Born Feb. 24,1924, in Fort Worth,
Burt lived in the area all his life. A
graduate of Arlington High School,
Burt went on to obtain degrees from
the University of Texas and TCU. He
served in the Marines and Navy dur-
ing World War II' and spent his 40-
plus-year career in professional
placement for LTV/Lockheed Martin.
After retirement, he enjoyed spend-
ing time with his family, volunteering
for his church, Arlington charities,
and Big Brothers Big Sisters, riding
his horse, gardening, woodworking
and working out. Burt was loved and
respected by many, and we'll miss
him dearly.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 36 years,
Arlone "Judy" Swartz Estill; daugh-
ter, Linda Dunn and her husband, Lar-
ry, and their daughter, Kristin; daugh-
ter, Kathy Noren and husband, Rich-
ard; son, John Estill; stepdaughter,
Julie Coomer; and stepson, Terry
Herrman and his sons, Nicholas and
Christopher.
