bears South 65 East twenty one vars both marked T C and A W;
THENCE West Nineteen hundred and eight tenth vars with the South boundary
line of P. A. Campbell and at Wright surveys to a Hickory from which a hickory
18 inches in diameter bears North 48 East four vars, another same size bears
South 10 East five vars both marked J. W. W:
THENCE South with the East boundary line of J.. W. Warrens Survey at Sixteen
hundred vars a creek at nineteen hundred and eight tenths varas a stake
from which a Black Jack ten inches diameter bears North 76 degrees East ten
vars another ten inches diameter bears North 88 East fifteen vars, both
marked T. C. A. W;
THENCE East nineteen hundred and eight tenth vars, with the North boundary
line of J. B. Roberts Survey to the place of beginning, and I, Elisha E. Lott
for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and from any and all persons
lawfully claiming any part or parcel thereof and will forever warrant and
defend the title of the above described land. Containing Six hundred and
forty acres unto the said James Speer, his heirs, executors and administrators
and assigns in testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
April 10th, A.D. 1850.

personally appeared Dennis Speer to me well known and being duly sworn said
that E. E. Lott signed sealed and delivered the foregoing deed in his presence
and acknowledged that he had done so for the consideration and purposes therein
set forth and that he, said Speer, signed the same as a witness.
