THE H. S. CLUB
T HE H. S. Club was reorganized this year with only those lettering in athletics
being eligible for membership. The purpose of the club is for the closer association
of the athletes of Hardin-Simmons, and for the further advancement of the
men socially and athletically.
A banquet was given during the second semester in honor of the new members
that were received after the football letters were announced. This year's officers
were elected in the course of the program of the banquet.
The organization was originally the "S" club which was organized for the purpose
of promoting a stronger athletic program. The graduate members of the H-S.
Club become members of the H-S. Association automatically.
