Industrial Technology
On the last day of the fall semester, Dr. Dwayne
VanRheenen, provost, and Dr. Colleen Durrington,
dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, announced
to industrial technology majors that their department
was being phased out and would accept no new
majors.The reaction was immediate-students questioned
the decisions made, the timing of the decisions
and the communication of the administration in
making the decisions.
"They couldn't answer many of the questions,"
