Description
- Content Description: In this photograph, there are two trees with at least three dead dear hanging upside-down from the branches. Two of the deer have been split open and an older man in the center of the photograph is cutting the third. Another man, dressed casually, is watching him work. To the far right, there is a covered buggy or wagon that is unhitched and parked. Behind the men, there is a white spotted dog lying on the ground and a white building, presumably a house. In the background there appear to be mountains. A handwritten note on the back of the photograph says "Geo Gleim & Nick Mansfelder hunting on Joe Espy Ranch north of Ft. Davis, Texas."
