HURT IN SEVERE ACCIDENT
Mr C G Haile one of Swisher
Countys industrious stockfarmers is
rapidly recovering from the tffects of
a sevcro accident Last Wednesday he
was riding In his pasture north of town
when his horse stumbled nnd threw him
In tho fall Mr Hallos foot was
caught in tho stirrup The horse become
frightened and kicked Mr Hailo
in tho face inflicting most severe
wounds and rendered him unconscious
for a whllo However Mr Hailo recovered
presence of mind nnd stopped
tho horso Ho mounted his horse and
rode to his home Ho was given tem
porary relief and a physician was sent
for immediately
Quito a number of friends have visit
ed him Thoy report that thougli he
has Buffered considerable pain and lost
of blood yet he is getting along as well
as could bo expected Wo are certainly
glad to hear encouraging reports from
our friend and sincerely wish him a
complete recovery
