BOOST YOUR PARMER

The following article was taken

one of their readers handed us
the paper yesterday from which
we reprint She following
Boost your farmer
Boost his wife the jewel of his

Boo t their young people and
don t forget the kiddies those
industrious little bees of the paternal
hive
Tieat your farmer as you would
treat a man in a pio suit of clothes
and a stick pin blazing with a

Don t forget that that 7 suit
ol clothes and that 1000 diamond

indirectly through the toil
of your farmer his wife and his
kiddies
Your farmer supplies tho power

Haw spunk and get enough
to help protect your farmer from
being imposed upon by unfair
laws
Help protect him from confi
donee crooks who sell fake seeds
oil stock of no value and all other
kinds of bunco stuff
Your farmer needs this help
and needs it badl for the reason
that the town man with plenty
of time at his disposal is a student
of literature and associates a
great deal with a class of people
who understand the cunning of
men who follow up questionable
business and laws and things un
favorable to your farmers interestBoost the toiler who begins
work when the stars shine and
the sun is yet asleep and who
often goes to bod faint and weak
from his long day s exertion
Boost his woman too whose
work does not end till the light
of day has long faded as she shares
the toil of her husband to make
you your town your city your
everything wliot it is
Try to feel that the glad hand
of your farmer and his faithful
wife has more sanctity about it
than that of most any other class
of people Ola your planet
Treat him and his loved ones
well ljiuleavor to make them with
reflected sunshine from the noblest
part of your nature
Th spirit ol the oft despised
farmer controls the protecting
power of the nation Remember
that Yet strange to nay he is the
weakest political power in every
country for the reason that lie is

SNOW BLANKETED
PANHANDLE YESTERDAY
Reports from various sections
indicate that the whole of the Texas
Panhandle and parts of New
Mexico were blanketed with snow
yesterday morning ranging from
1 to four inches This section of
Swisher county received about
three inches The snow was accompanied
by very little wind and
was practically all melted by night
yesterday
This snow will be worth millions
of dollars to this section as this
oven distribution of the snow in
the absence of wind and the gradual
melting will give mother earth
a good light soaking on the top
surface which is just what was
