Photograph of Ragland's, a store in Kingsville, Texas, under construction during a remodeling. The construction was done by Arthur Brothers Incorporated using materials provided by John Dollinger Jr., Inc. A man can be seen walking in to a walkway that surrounds the building. To the right is a sign that says "Ragland's, Open for business, use rear entrance." Scaffolding is on all sides of the building. The back of the photo is stamped "Fox-Tome Print Fox Co. San Antonio, Texas November 1950"
