DOMESTIC SCIENCE
I. (a) FOOD WORK.-This subject includes a study of the history
and manufacture of foods, processes used in cooking, classification,
principles of cookery, chemical composition of foods, the digestibility,
nutritive value, economic value and uses of foods. Practicum
includes judging, selection, preparation and serving of typical foods.
