required for each year.

the applicant having the option between the two.
d. Upon the completion of the second year of collegiate

High School certificate valid for four years, may be
had, at the option of the applicant. The Elementary
certificate becomes permanent when the holder has used
it in teaching five years.

CHANGES OF COURSES
It is quite probable that all the courses which we have catalogued
will not be given. Almost any course from our general
catalogue will be given if we have a sufficient number of calls
for it. No course will be given for which fewer than five students
register.
