343. The Curriculum. A course in general principles of
curriculum making.
353.-The Curriculum. Continuation of 343. An analytical
survey of existing courses of study.
363.-The Curriculum. Continuation of 353. The knowledge
gained in the previous courses will be applied in outlining
and organizing courses of study for the Bible school.
362.-Present Day Problems in Religious Education. The
outstanding problems in Christian education will be analyzed
and solutions offered.
372.-Modern Movements in Religious Education. The
newer movements will be taken up and discussed. Special
attention will be directed toward the church school.
373.-Christian Service. The study of all forms of Christian
service. The Bible teaching on problems of service, the
need, and methods of work, particular difficulties and how
to meet them; the function and methods of Christian education.

383.-Jesus the Master Teacher. A study of Jesus as a
teacher, His aims, His methods, His accomplishments in the
lives of His students. An application of His principles to
present day problems. A course of great value not only to
teachers, but to all students of Jesus.
XI. DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY.
115.-Principles of Sociology. A course having to do
with a scientific study of human relations. Some of the topics:
social population; social forces; social processes; sociological
principles. Text: Ross, Principles of Sociology.
125.-Rural Social Development. A course dealing with
problems of rural social development and constructive measures
for the improvement of rural social conditions. Text:
Vogt, Introduction to Rural Sociology.
215.-Educational Sociology. This course offers an interpretation
of the nature, process, institutions, and problems
