GREETING
It gives me a great deal of pleasure to welcome you to Camp Wolters.
Today's activities are dedicated to the formal reconstitution of this station
as an Army installation. While here you will witness the transfer
of the colors from the Air Force Base Commander to the Army Post Commander.
This will be followed by a review and by a fly-by of Army helicopters.
This fly-by will include the Hiller H-23 helicopter which is the type that
will be used for training at Camp Wolters. At the conclusion of the ceremony,
helicopters will be landed on the parade field for your inspection.
I sincerely hope that you will enjoy your visit to this new home of the
Army Primary Pilot Flying School (Helicopter).
