The minutes of Saturday afternoon session were read and
approved, as were also the minutes of the memorial session Sun-
day approved.
Reports-W. T. Jones read report No. 2 of the Epworth
League Board, which was adopted, on motion of J. M. Wynne.
J. H. Baldridge read the report of the Committee on Confer-
ence Relations, which was adopted. (See answer to question
20.)
J. E. Matlock read the report on the State of the Church,
and on motion of S. B. Knowles it was adopted.
S. B. Sawyers read the report of the Auditing Committee,
on motion of J. P. Mussett it was adopted.
B. H. Oxford presented the report of the Committee on Sab-
bath Observance, which was spoken to by R. C. Armstrong,
Atticus Webb and H. D. Knickerbocker, and it was adopted.
Bishop McCoy took the chair and read a certificate answer-
ing questions 11, 13, 15 and 17:

I hereby certify to the secretary of the Central Texas An-
nual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, that
on yesterday, after preaching at the Methodist Church, this city,
I ordained the following brethren as deacons:
Robert Thos. Capps, Marcus Manlove Chunn, Jesse Melton
Fryar, John Neland Hester, Lloyd Eustice Hill, Angus Ezekiel
Watford, Early Simpson Cook, traveling preachers; and Thos.
Lunsford Sorrels, J. Fred Patterson, Thos. Gray Story, Paschal
William Layne, Willoughby Thos. Boulware, William Edward
Hawkins, Jr.; Robert Bruce Hooper, Victor Dinick Dow, Horace
Poteet, John Cape Pace, Elmer Crabtree, Umphrey Lee, Peter
A. Shaw, William Calvin Ferguson, local preachers.
At the same place, of the evening of the same day, after an
appropriate sermon by Rev. H. M. Dobbs, with the assistance
of the elders present, Rev. J. W. Barcus reading the Epistle and
Rev. T. R. Culver the Gospel and Rev. Horace Bishop, Rev.
Jas. Campbell and Rev. E. F. Boone assisting in the laying on
of hands, I ordained as elders the following brethren:
Henry Carroll Bowman, Jefferson Fletcher Isbell, Hugh Buch-
anan Landrum, Chas. Hargrove Little, Frank Angus Ray, Ruby
Otis Sory, John Andrew Siceloff, traveling preachers, and Ed-
ward Green Thomas, a local preacher.

Question 3. "Who are discontinued?" Answer: A. J.
Helm, at his own request.
Report-J. M. Rogers read the report of the Committee on
District Conference Records. On motion of H. Bishop, it was
adopted. (See Reports.)
Jubilee-H. Bishop read a resolution touching a jubilee
meeting to be held in Waxahachie in 1916. H. B. Henry moved
to amend by asking the Northwest Texas Conference to unite
in the meeting. The amendment was accepted. The resolution
as amended was adopted. (See Resolutions.)
