TEXAS COURT RULES.

CERTIFICATE.
Clerk's Office, Supreme Court,
Austin, Texas, September 1, 1913.
I, F. T. Connerly, Clerk of the Supreme Court of Texas, hereby
certify that the above and foregoing pages contain a true and correct
copy of the rules for the courts of Texas adopted by this court
on the 8th day of October, 1892, together with all amendments made
thereto up to this date for the government of the courts of Texas. I
further certify that all of said rules and amendments are now in force
and effect.
Witness my hand and the seal of said court, this first
(L. S.) day of September, A. D. 1913.
