for pay and emoluments of Louis P. Cooke, in accordance with
the commission which he has held and discharged as an officer of
the 'Republic of Texas, up to the date of the disbanding act of
December, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven.

For the relief of Dr. S. Booker.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Republic
of Texas in Congress assembled, That the first auditor be,

for six months and twenty-three days pay as assistant surgeon of
the armv of Texas.
