Description: Matilda was happy to hear they were doing well. Abe got the chills twice and then worked Mrs. Edwards' sale in the cold. Jeff Love received the money from Bill Jones and was heading to Texas. Jeff was accused of stealing a pistol and money last summer. She says not to alarm everyone, but keep an eye on him. She is sending some seeds to her. Dinkie mentions that Henry is ready to go and if she had known about Jeff Love she would have made Caddow a dress.
