Note that no windows have shutters. The house is enclosed by a white wooden picket fence. The cistern house, in left rear of house is unpainted. There is a palm tree in left portion of yard. Large oak trees line the outer perimeter of the picket fence. Garage partially visible on far left. Driveway (appears to be covered with snow?) leads to veers to front of house and leads to garage. The photograph is bordered by a black pattern with "Fox Co." printed in top right and bottom left corners. Stamped on back of photo in blue: "8 178".
