Beyond those structures are the piers and docks of the port area. Thick heavy clouds of black smoke come from burning storage tanks to the right of the docks. Thick white smoke comes from the dock areas. Through a gap between the black and white smoke streams can be seen a number of storage tanks.

On the right, a portion of a road with right angle bend can be seen. There are many vehicles parked along the sides of the road.
