Description: Portrait of Asa Fuller, sheriff of Wilson County, Texas, seated behind a desk. Bay City Origin - Destination Survey: October 1960

Description: Report documenting "factual data relative to the movements of vehicular traffic into and thru [sic] the Bay City area. The survey was ordered and planned to obtain data necessary for a comprehensive study of future development of highway facilities in the area" (p. 5). It includes graphs and tabular analyses of the survey, which was conducted on October 11, 1960.
