[Texas Piemontesi Italians in a Holiday Parade]

Description: Photograph of the Texas Piemontesi Italian float in the parade for the first annual League City Festival of Lights. A small group of middle-aged and elderly men are passengers on the float, which is decorated in the colors of the Italian flag. A sign above the men identifies them as the directors, and a sign to the left designates Johnnie Arolfo as the President of P.I.A. As the parade travels down Farm to Market Road 518 and Highway 3, the procession will eventually end in Walter Hall Park to culminate the festival.

[Texas Piemontesi Italians Parade Float]

Description: Photograph of Johnnie Arolfo, president of P.I.A., riding a float in the League City sesquicentennial parade. The parade took place on a major street in League City. Although the acronym P.I.A. is unclear, the float's decorations feature the Italian flag and its colors. According to a large sin on the float, Johnnie Arolfo is the president of P.I.A. Other individuals are seated on the float behind him; amongst them are Lawrence Arolfo and Pete Dunten, as stated on signs posted on the side of the float.
