The edge of the postcard reads "National Flower and Garden Show Exhibit at Houston, Texas." The back of the postcard adds, "Attracting more than 200,000 visitors in 1939, the National Flower and Garden Show for the first time in the history of the event will exhibit a second successive year at Houston's $2,000,000 Coliseum, March 3 through 10, 1940. More than $1,000,000 worth of blooms assembled from all parts of the world will be exhibited."

Description: Postcard of two cliffs linked by natural stone with a stream running beneath. On the back, the postcard is described as follows, "Natural Bridge - One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. There is no other structure like it. The Lee Highway, U. S. No. 11 passes over Natural Bridge. It is higher by 55 feet than Niagara Falls. The mean height of the bridge from the stream below to its upper surface is 215 feet, it has a span of 90 feet between the walls, width averages 100 feet and the arch is 40 feet thick. Hotel and cottage accommodations. Open all year. Illumination every night."
