A handwritten note which reads, "Members Building Taylor Chapel" is inscribed below the image, and a typed caption that reads "The Brills" is visible underneath the writing. There are several windows on both levels and all sides of the building. The sidewalk in front of the building on which the crowd stands is raised from the dirt street in the foreground.
