The players are lined up in three rows: the first row is one member sitting Indian-style on the ground, row two has six members sitting up on both knees, and the back row consists of six players standing. Coach Preston is standing fourth from the left in the back row. The only identified team member is Sulton John Boyd, who is on the back row, second from the left. Sulton would later play football for and graduate from North Texas State Teachers College.

Annual Banquet of the Ex-Students' Association of the College of Industrial Arts. Honoring the classes of 1907, 1917, 1927, and their "Little Sister" classes. Held at Brackenridge Hall on June 4, 1927. The program contains a menu and order of services for the banquet, as well as the association officers and committee members. The Program was illustrated by Coreen Mary Spellman (who was also on the Decoration Committee) and printed by the CIA Print Shop on cream paper and blue cloth: the cover material being made of cloth. The pamphlet book was then stapled. There are some stains on the inside pages. The illustrations are of women in dressed in fashion from the time period of the graduation classes.

Newspaper clipping and photo regarding Larry Wayne Shell, a third-grader at Little Elm School. Larry broke his leg and was forced to stay at home. His family installed an intercom wire between the school and his room, so he could participate in the lessons. Mrs. Harmon was his teacher.

Bookmark with a thread tassel. The bookmark contains a drawing of a dog and the inscription, "I'm good for a trick or two." We assume that the bookmark served double-duty as a placeholder for a table at a social function as it is labeled, "Table No.2, Couple No.2" with the numbers handwritten in. The bookmark belonged Mrs. J. E. Hightower, formerly Bessie Elizabeth Bruce, and was found in her 1910 Denton High School Bronco yearbook.

Cast of Second Threshold
Cast of Philip Barry's play, Second Threshold, was performed in the main auditorium of North Texas State College. Members of the cast are Charles Taliaferro as Josiah Bolton, Una Glazener as Miranda, Jack Dunlop as Dr. Toby Wells, Mike Henderson as Jock Bolton, Marian Laminack as Thankful Mother, and Jim Swain as Malloy, the butler. The play was performed on Thursday and Friday nights starting Thursday, December 6, 1951.

[Citizen's Post War Planning Committee business envelope]
The envelope includes the names of several members of the Owsley family. Written on the front of the envelope: "Dr. [Louisa] Owsley, mother of A. C. Owsley, Sr., Grandmother Clark, Lou, Stella, Eunice, Henry, Charlotte, [and] Alvin." The stationery envelope is printed with "Citizen's Post War Planning Committee of Denton, Texas" which was organized after World War II. We believe the envelope held two photographs of Dr. Louisa Owsley which also belong in the library's collection as the note on the front corresponds with the information found with the photographs.

The Koehring crane has a sign on it that reads "Davis Brothers Contractors Phone: 382-8921 Denton, Texas."
