Description: Photograph of Alan Atchison, affiliate of the University of North Texas. According to newspaper articles, Alan graduated from Sanger High School where he had been very athletic and participated in many sports. He got his degree from Austin College in 1974, and was a coach at Howe High School until 1980. Alan married and went to work for the City of Sherman.

Alberto Lopez had been with the City of Denton since the early 1980s. He had a degree in biology. In 2000, he was the Water Production Plant Supervisor for the City and had been elected the President of the Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA) the same year.
