Description: Memorandum addressed to Captain W. R. Rollins of the Intelligence Division in Dallas, Texas. The memorandum states that the son of the late Roscoe Anthony White, Ricky Don White, suspected that his father was involved in the Kennedy assassination. It was found that Roscoe Anthony White and Lee Harvey Oswald served tours in a Light Helicopters Unit in El Toro, California at the same time. It is unknown whether they knew each other.
