Description: Cabinet Portrait of Belle Ryon (Davis). In the full-length photograph, Belle is wearing a long sleeved jacket with bands of dark fabric across the center front, collar, sleeves, and near the bustle in back. The two layered skirting has the same dark strips at upper tier hem and again on sides of bottom pleated tier. A velvet sash of the darker color can be seen where the bottom and top tiers meet at Belle's side. Davis is standing to the left of a fireplace and has her hands crossed and on top of the mantle. An upholstered chair is to the left of the photograph and a window is in the background. The photograph is mounted on a cardboard substrate. Bottom of cardboard in black: "Cabinet Portrait. C. J. Wright, Houston." Back of photo in pencil: "Bell Ryon". Also on back in black print: an image of a camera at the top of a shield; bottom of banner reads " I HAVE ENGAGED THE SUN TO SHINE FOR ME." Below the shield is printed: C. J. WRIGHT, HOUSTON, TEXAS. All Negatives preserved. Duplicates may be obtained at any time." The backing is pink with circular patterns.

Description: Photograph of an infant. The infant is thought to be Albert Peyton George (born October 7, 1873). A note attached to the tissue paper enfolding the photograph reads: "Photo found in trunk w/ "MDG" initials on porch of ranch house - possibly portrait of A.P. George as infant - see initials on back. V. O. 11-28-83." Penciled at top and back of photograph is the initials "A. P. G. ". In the portrait, the infant, who is wearing a white gown with lace insets at shoulders and end of sleeves, is sitting in a small wicker chair. There is a blanket to the left of the photograph. The photo is mounted on a gray matte with an embossed thick line around the perimeter of the photograph. Embossed below the photograph: "Blackburn Houston, Tex." Image dimensions are: 9.3 cm x 14.1 cm.

Description: Photograph of Belle Ryon Davis. In the bust portrait, Davis is wearing a dark dress with shirring on right shoulder and intricate beadwork on the left shoulder. Buttons run down the front of the dress beginning just below the high necked collar. Where the collar splits into a short v-, a half-moon shaped (diamond?) stick pin is attached. A chain is slightly visible from fifth button. Davis has curled hair at forehead and around temples with the rest pulled back into a bun. The photograph is mounted on a tan cardboard substrate. The outer perimeter of the cardboard is bordered by a thin brown line. Between bottom of portrait and border is written: "Scholten, St. Louis."
