On top of the oven, there are three signs, two of which are the same. Text on the duplicate signs say "Free Recipes Here! How to make any cake (requiring shortening) with Kraft All-Purpose Oil Fully Pink 29¢;" they also have a picture of a cake missing a slice on them. The headline on the middle sign says "Ladies! You Can Win Valuable Prizes in Thornton's Cake Bake Contest." That sign also lists prices and cooking ingredients, and has illustrations of a cake, oven, Kraft brand oil, and the exterior of Thornton's.
