[World War II-Era Joke - October 19, 1943]

Description: A World War II-era joke in the form of a letter. The correspondence is addressed to Hebbronville Local Board No. 1, from Frank Garcia Castillo, Eagle Pass, Texas, and dated October 19, 1943.
