Description: Journal clipping of the report on cause no. 12297, The City of Dallas vs. Newberg, heard in the Civic Court of Appeals of Texas, Dallas on April 2, 1938 and denied a rehearing on April 30, 1938. The cause was brought by Mrs. O. A. Newberg who alleged that the City of Dallas damaged her property through their use of dynamite to clear a property near her house.
