Pair of leather, lace-up baby boots that belonged to Thomas L. Willis. The pieces around the toe, sole, and laces are shiny red leather with heavy, textured yellow cloth around the main part of the shoes.
Pottery jar with a wide opening, glazed in a dark brown color, with a lighter or unglazed portion near the base. It is impressed just below the lip with the name "Cranston" and a paper label at the base says, "Cranston Pottery, Denton County, Texas, 1852-1875."

WILLIS are requested to attend his funeral from the family residence at 4 o'clock this evening, interrment [sic] at Odd Fellows' Cemetery. Services will be conducted by Rev. Mr. Chalk at the grave. Denton, Texas, Monday, April 1, 1889."
