Moore, Rocky Bayou, Izard Co., Arkansas. There is a handwritten note to the left of the address that says "from H. S. Moore of Capt Throckmorton's Co. Stone's Reg. Texas Cavalry McCulloch's Brigade, received February 28, 1862."
