Exceptions Vs. Functionality:-  one as the “negative” of the other. Functionality metadata records all of the attributes, which still exist in the current instance of the DR. Conversely; the Exceptions (NLA’s Quirks) metadata lists all of the attributes, which no longer exists as part of the current DR.
