Script from the WBAP-TV/NBC station in Fort Worth, Texas relating a news story about the Colonial National Invitation Golf Tournament held in Fort Worth where thirty-five golfers compete for fifteen thousand in prize money. The champion, Slammin' Sammy Snead took home the prize money. Austin College in Sherman marked its 100th commencement with dedication ceremonies which featured the appearance of Speaker of the House Representatitve, Sam Rayburn.
