Interview with Arthur Duncan

Description: A videorecording of an interview with Arthur Duncan, conducted by Dr. Gary McCaleb of Abilene Christian University. Duncan is a tap dancer, known for his stint as a performer on The Lawrence Welk Show from 1964 to 1982, which made him the first African-American regular on a variety television program. Duncan was in Abilene for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center's annual telethon.
