Statement given at the Dallas Police Department by Hugh William Betzner, Jr. on November 22nd, 1963. In the statement, Betzner says that he was standing near the intersection of Elm Street and Houston Street while he took pictures of President Kennedy's car. He heard a loud noise while he was rolling his film.
