Description: The LULAC News, Volume 25, Number 4, November-December 1963 is a 12-page magazine produced by the League of United Latin American Citizens in El Paso, Texas. This is the JFK Memorial Edition of the paper remembering the life of John F. Kennedy and mourning his passing. It includes an article about Kennedy's last hours written by John J.
