Patch from the Bexar-Bulverde, Texas volunteer fire department that has an amber background with black edging. The text "Bexar-Bulverde" is written in an arc above a blue and white Star of Life on the left and a white and red Florian Cross that bears images of firefighting equipment. "Rescue" appears in black lettering under the star, and "Fire" appears in black lettering above the cross. "Org. 1966" is written above "Fire Dept." near the bottom point of the patch.
