Description: Postcard allegedly of Colonel Girrard [Girard], 15th U.S. Cavalry. Unfortunately we could not find any corroborating historical information that the Army Officer seen here, on horseback front, is in fact a Colonel Girrard with the U.S. Army ca. 1914.
