"The City of Eagle Pass" is written around the outer ring in yellow, and "Fire Department" is written inside a flap at the bottom. A red circle in the center contains a stylized image of an Eagle as well as the letters "EP," all in white and light blue lettering. "1849" is written at the bottom of this center circle.
