Photograph taken by Leonard Tormey of Rosenberg during the "Black Out" of World War II. The photograph was taken from the water tower. Long streak of white light from right corner that extends to near center of photo. Automobiles can be seen under lit parking areas on right also. A few lights in windows can be seen, otherwise photo is "black".
