Date: 1920
Creator: unknown
Description: Photograph of some of the Berndt children posing outside on a paved sidewalk at H.J. Berndt Farm, now called Elvin Berndt Farm. Leafless trees are seen in the background. Names on the back do not correspond well with the photograph, but the girl kneeling down may be Marie Berdnt, followed by Meta Berdnt in the striped top, and Helena Berdnt, picking at her eye. A decorative border surrounds the photograph. Additional hand-written text on the back cannot be read with certainty, but it may state, "Creek thru H.J. Berndt Where arrow heads were picked up. Early 1920. Front - Marie Berndt, Meta Berndt, Helena Berndt."
