Ruby Owens. Mrs. Owens says she gave the man7

Officer Martin hadn't heard about the bank robbery
when 0 he spotted the car and made the arrest. He
was looking for the man who had been in the
supermarket. He stopped the car at Walnut and
Marsh lane and the driver told him, "I'm the man
who just robbed the bank." Homicide Captain Fritz
says Martin did a good job.
