In a Fort Worth courtroom -- former Arlington house-
wife Jeannie Trammell awaits the outcome of a sanity
hearing which ! could result in her being tried for
murder. The 27-year-old woman was charged two years
ago in the arsenic poisoning death of her husband.
She also was accused of attempting to poison her
sister-in-law. Early last .year, however, a jury ruled
Mrs. Trammell insane and ordered her committed. She
later escaped from the hospital at Wichita Falls.
After her re-capture in West Texas, she was returned
to Fort Worth. Again today, a jury finds Mrs.
Trammell mentally D K incompetent to stand trial.
