* Dr. David Kesterson March 21, 1994 Page 2 Our greatest current need for additional space is for the resource center which supports our institute activities. In addition to the materials which we generate for use with teachers, museums and the public, making available the National Gallery materials to area teachers is becoming a much more demanding operation in terms of staff and space. If we obtain additional funding for expansion and/or the national specialty, we will be adding several additional staff. If we are able to obtain use of Rooms 305 and 305B, we would be in a position to relinquish use of Room 319 which is currently assigned to the Institute and used as our Resource Room. An alternative would be to obtain use of 305 and retain 319. I would be happy to walk through our current space with you and show you how efficiently we use it. Your careful consideration of this request will be greatly appreciated. If you have questions or need additional information, please let me know.
