Description

The guidelines for expense reporting, sent to the Regional Institute Director's during the director's meeting in Santa Barbara, California. In order to be reimbursed for expenses during / fulling the terms of their contract they must follow the guidelines, such examples as having original receipts and not photocopies. Attached to the end of the guidelines is a filled out travel expense report from William McCarter for the dates of the conference.
