Notes

Series description from donor: "These are pictures of the memorial to Arlington resident Colonel Neel E. Kearby of the United States Army Air Force who, during WWII, flew in combat over the Pacific Theater and shot down 22 Japanese planes and earned the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service and daring in combat. There is also a monument honoring the members of the Armed Forces who were also Arlington residents and who gave their lives in the line of duty. These pictures were taken in Arlington, Texas in front of the George W. Hawkes Library in downtown Arlington on March 5, 2020."
