The front illustrations shows a canary yellow "Hellcat" airplane flying framed by clouds with descriptive text that reads "Brightly-Painted Hellcat is believed a special gunnery target". The verso side shows soldiers looking over a map on a runway near a "button-nose" tagged plane.
