LONG OF FIRE
A four-alarm ire roars through St. Cecelia's
elementary school in the Oak Cliff section of
Dallas. The blaze was discovered in the catholic
school about five o'clock this morning and burned
its way through two second-story classrooms and a
storeroom. No definite cause of the fire has been
officials say it may have been
started by defective wiring.

The fire was discovered by P.B. Barton who turned
in the alarm.
The school is located behind St. Cecelia's
Catholic church on Davis Street. The burned
bilding accomodated about 70 fourth and sixth-
grade students. A cafeteria on the first floor
received only water damage but the second story
is a total loss.
