SPECIAL GRAND JURY ORDERED IN DALLAS
PEOPLE IN ROOM
A special Dallas County grand jury will be
called April 1st to look into the operations
of Physicians Life and Accident Company and
several other firms. The decision comes at a
meeting of District Attorney Wade with
Criminal District Judges Brown, Wilson and
King and Wade's first assistant, James Allen.
The special grand jury will be empanneled by
CU OF MAN
Wade says it would be impossible for the
regular grand jury to handle any special
insurance probe and its own regular business.

jury. Judge Wilson says the grand jury could
keepsthe company's records from being removed
